Anna Donderer

Anna Donderer talks to lots of people all day long. She introduces people to each other. She gives feedback on ideas and makes suggestions. She checks whether the budget is sufficient and where more money could be obtained. Every day, she is delighted to see colleagues who believe in the power of the performing arts. She knows that we can create better working conditions if we stick together and are persistent. To make sure everything works out, she works as an artistic production manager,
dramaturge, and curator at Rat & Tat Kulturbüro. To ensure that as many people as possible are informed, she founded the Theaterbüro München advice center together with Katharina Wolfrum and Laura Martegani. And to ensure that things are also happening politically, she was on the board of Netzwerk Freie Szene e.V. from 2019 to 2021. She is co-curator of the rrrrrodeo Festival in Munich for the 2024 and 2026 editions and part of the artistic direction of HochX Munich in 2025. In these different roles, her main concerns are regional and transregional networking as well as the improvement of the working conditions of independent performing artists. Her goal is to intensify the connection between politics, administration, audiences, and artists.
