Laura Martegani

Sometimes Laura Martegani is (very) loud, which brings people to see things from a completely different angle. She thinks up structures for good collaboration and makes demands in the right places. Already during her studies at the Theatre University in Bologna, it was clear to her that she would work for/with artists, projects and culture. After many years of experience at various festivals and institutions, she founded the Rat & Tat Kulturbüro together with Katrin Dollinger in 2012. In recent years, she has focused more on networking and consulting, and for these – and several other – reasons, she founded the Theaterbüro München consulting office together with Anna Donderer and Katharina Wolfrum. Since 2023 she is Transformer.
In her free time, she engages in networking and further qualification as part of the Performing Arts Producers initiated by the Bündnis Internationaler Theaterhäuser e.V. and the Festival Producers Academy, among others.
