Sophie has been working nationwide in Germany and internationally as an artistic production manager and dramaturg in the independent performing arts scene since 2021, and has been part of Rat & Tat Kulturbüro for several years. Her focus is on contemporary dance, performance, and festivals. Sophie studied Theatre Studies as well as Language, Literature, and Culture at LMU Munich. During her studies, she gained practical experience in dance and theatre projects, including at the Hanover State Opera and at various pretty cool music festivals.

Alongside her work, Sophie networks with other creative producers and continuously develops her skills in the areas of aesthetics of access, low-barrier production, and anti-discriminatory working practices.
