Sophie Thuma

Sophie studied Theater Studies and Language, Literature, Culture at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich. During her studies she supervised different projects in the field of dance and theater as an assistant, among others the Choreographers Residency Program “Think Big” of the TANZtheaterINTERNATIONAL Festival, and further projects of the Ballet Office of the State Opera Hanover. In her free time, she weirdly enjoys working on cultural and music festivals.

Since the beginning of 2021, Sophie has been working as an artistic production manager in the independent scene in Munich and Hanover, specializing in contemporary dance.
