Whether dramatic, postdramatic, poetic, phonetic, improvised or discursive – the Netzwerk Münchner Theatertexter*innen (network of theater writers in Munich) lives for the variety of performative texts.
Founded in 2016 by Theresa Seraphin and Raphaela Bardutzky, the network has since grown continuously and brings together authors working with different theater forms and language experiences. Through text workshops, artistic exchange, connection, scholarships and reading events, the network promotes the contemporary theater text and shows what artistic work with spoken language is capable of.
The network is part of DIE VIELEN and advocates for artistic freedom in an open, diverse, equal and tolerant society. It opposes any form of racism, discrimination and group-related prejudice in the fields of theater and literature as well as politics and society.
